What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments.
When will my order ship?
Our brew holsters are custom made-to-order. Holsters will ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. An email confirmation will be sent when we have shipped your order. You may email us HYPERLINK "mailto:sales@brewholstercult.com" sales@brewholstercult.com to request a time quote prior to ordering. Depending on current order volume we may be able to accommodate rush order requests. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders arrive within 2-3 business days from the ship date. We provide delivery confirmation service and will email you the tracking number when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We are hoping to add this option soon. Stay tuned!
Can I purchase holsters in bulk?
If you are a retail establishment wishing to carry our brew holsters, we welcome you to contact us directly for a quote. Our turn-around time for large orders is about 4-8 weeks. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Do your holsters work with cans and bottles?
Yes, our holsters can accommodate standard 12 oz. beer cans and bottles. They even work for can of soda and most bottled water!
Can I get a special holster made for a forty?
We are happy to get creative to help further accessorize your alcoholism. Email us with your special requests and we’ll see what we can do.
Where else can I purchase a Brew Holster Cult holster?
Our holsters are only available for purchase through our website. We are working on getting them into stores. We will be sure to update the website when they are available. Please check back for more information
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses within California are charged 8.5% sales tax.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund. We accept items for exchange of equal or greater value. Refunds and exchanges MUST be received within 14 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in their original condition, (unused, unblemished, and unaltered). Any item returned not in this specified condition will be refused. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable. Items sent back for return or exchange must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please email sales@brewholstercult.com before sending your returns or exchanges for additional instructions.

If any shipping information was entered incorrectly during the checkout process or the wrong item was ordered, please contact us immediately to inform us of any incorrect information seen on the confirmation receipt. Email us at sales@brewholstercult.com. Brew Holster Cult is not responsible for incorrectly placed orders, if the order has already been shipped, we will gladly exchange this item following the standard exchange policy.
If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund. We require that you ship the damaged/defective item before we can process an exchange or refund.
Once we receive your return and are satisfied that all requirements have been met, the refund or credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we process the return. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
In the instance that you feel a package has been lost please first contact the carrier using either the tracking number for UPS or customs number for USPS provided in an email upon confirmation of the outbound shipment. Brew Holster Cult is not responsible for missing packages.
Is Brew Holster Cult really a cult?
Yes, we are also famous trapeze artists and can often be spotted riding unicorns through In-N-Out Burger.
